Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

YIT Corporation is seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing Assistant to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team and assisting with various marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns. 2. Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities. 3. Coordinate and manage social media platforms, including content creation and scheduling. 4. Assist with the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations. 5. Support the organization of events, trade shows, and promotional activities. 6. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives. 8. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field. 3. Energetic and dedicated personality with a passion for marketing. 4. Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough research. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
