Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Normet is seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Assistant to join our team in Tampere, Finland. As a member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services. This is an Associate Level position, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing. - Coordinate and execute marketing events, tradeshows, and conferences. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales materials and support their efforts. - Assist in managing the company's social media accounts and website. - Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance metrics. - Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in a marketing role. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software. - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
