Marketing Assistant

Loupedeck is seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing Assistant to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As a marketing assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team with various tasks to help drive our brand awareness and lead generation efforts.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns. 2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute marketing materials. 3. Conduct market research to identify potential target audience and competitors. 4. Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with followers. 5. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for marketing projects. 6. Help organize and attend events, trade shows, and other promotional activities. 7. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics. 8. Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems. 9. Support the team in any other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing roles. 3. Energetic and resourceful personality traits. 4. Strong cooperation and research skills. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite). 6. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
