Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Varjo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall marketing strategy and initiatives of the company. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation. - Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and more. - Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing collateral, such as presentations, brochures, and advertisements. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities. - Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure successful campaign execution. - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. - Support the marketing team in day-to-day tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a tech or innovation-driven company. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. - Reliable and resourceful individual with a knack for problem-solving. - People management skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
