Marketing Associate

Job Description:

As a Marketing Associate at Hartwall, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in executing various marketing campaigns and strategies. You will work closely with the marketing manager to help develop, implement, and analyze marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and sales growth.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to create content for marketing materials, social media platforms, and website. 3. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth. 4. Coordinate and manage various marketing projects from start to finish. 5. Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and partners. 6. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements. 7. Support the marketing team in organizing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities. 8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Resilient and confident personality traits. 4. Proficient in project management and people management. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. 7. No prior work experience required, but internship or relevant coursework is a plus.
