Tasks

• You are part of the Digital Solutions team in the People & Organization division and drive data-based decision-making in HR-related issues.
• You will be responsible for the development of an HR data governance framework for Workday and SAP HCM.
• You will develop a data catalog and advise on the optimal use of HR data and the use of AI
• You provide comprehensive insights by identifying further relevant data sets and integrating data sources.
• You identify trends in the digital environment and anticipate them when developing data strategies.
• You support the establishment of a data mindset and work closely with other HR teams to continuously optimize end-to-end data collection.

Requirements

• You are experienced in project management and have a university degree (master's degree in business informatics, computer science) or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have some previous experience in people analytics, data strategy or (generative) artificial intelligence
• You have in-depth knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
• You have very good analytical and conceptual skills and enjoy being a problem solver.
• You have an independent and proactive way of working and a hands-on mentality.
