Communications Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Communications Specialist to join our team at Bittium in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to enhance the company's brand awareness and reputation. This position is ideal for a dedicated and motivated individual with strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute communication plans to support company goals and objectives - Create and distribute engaging content across various platforms, including social media, press releases, and website - Manage relationships with media outlets and journalists to secure coverage for the company - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging is consistent and aligns with company values - Monitor and analyze communication efforts to measure effectiveness and make adjustments as needed - Assist in organizing events, conferences, and other promotional activities - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in communications

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms - Experience working in a fast-paced environment
