Communications Specialist - Work from home

Varjo Technologies is seeking a passionate and resourceful Communications Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time remote position, based in Helsinki, Finland.

As a Communications Specialist at Varjo Technologies, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that promote the company's products and services. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, press releases, and website updates. Additionally, you will be tasked with handling media inquiries, organizing events, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute communication strategies to promote Varjo Technologies products and services - Create engaging content for social media, press releases, website updates, and other communication channels - Handle media inquiries and facilitate interviews with key company spokespersons - Organize and coordinate events, including product launches and industry conferences - Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in communications or marketing - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation platforms - Excellent problem-solving and planning skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Experience in the technology industry is a plus
