Neles is seeking a passionate and driven Public Relations Associate to join our team in Turku, Finland. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in PR and communications. As a PR Associate at Neles, you will be responsible for assisting the PR team in developing and implementing strategic communication plans to promote the company's brand and products.

Responsibilities: - Assist in drafting press releases, articles, and other PR materials - Monitor media coverage and track PR metrics - Support in organizing and coordinating PR events - Maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers - Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with followers - Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in PR

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or related field - 1 year of experience in PR or communications - Driven and passionate about PR and communications - Strong time management and decision-making skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
