Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Social Media Manager to join our team at Qt Group in Espoo, Finland. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our website. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and schedule content, analyze performance metrics, and stay up-to-date on the latest trends in social media.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and schedule content for various social media platforms - Monitor social media channels for trends and conversations related to our industry - Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in social media and recommend strategies to capitalize on emerging platforms - Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 2 years of experience in social media management - Strong communication skills - Innovation and teamwork skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Experience with social media analytics tools - Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms
