Social Media Manager

Job Description:

As a Social Media Manager at Sensible 4, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and generate leads. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, analyze metrics, and interact with followers across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives - Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, and written) on social media platforms - Monitor, track, and analyze social media metrics, trends, and insights to optimize content and engagement - Collaborate with internal teams to create social media campaigns and promotions - Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and platforms to ensure our social media presence is cutting-edge - Manage and oversee social media advertising campaigns - Develop and maintain editorial calendars and posting schedules

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role - Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics - Strong project management skills and attention to detail - Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently - Dedication to continuous learning and growth in the field of social media marketing
