Social Media Manager - Work from home

Job Description: Normet is currently seeking a motivated and driven Social Media Manager to work remotely from home. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube - Monitor social media analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in social media management or a related field - Strong project management skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in social media analytics tools - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field preferred
