We are looking for a Sales Assistant at Hitachi Energy. This is a temporary full-time position (until the end of August 2025) and the location for this role is Vaasa.

Our customer support team in Finland ensures customer satisfaction by processing all customer related tasks timely and precisely. We take pride in ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire process. We make sure that things and tasks are executed on-time and with high quality. Providing excellent service for our domestic customers and continuously improve customer satisfaction will determine your success in this role. In this role you will be handling sales and purchase orders for our domestic customers and other stakeholders from receiving orders to the delivery and invoicing of the goods.

Your responsibilities

Execute the daily operations from booking sales and purchase orders, managing supplier field and invoicing deliveries.

Proactively inform customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions.

Provide first class internal and external customer support and service, and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction.

Active collaboration and co-ordination with sales, purchasing and logistics team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and managing delivery approval documentation.

Separately agreed project responsibilities and general customer service tasks.

Your background

A bachelor´s or master’s degree in business administration or similar.

Customer service or logistics experience is seen as advantage.

Previous experience working with SAP, preferably with CS module.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (with different internal and external stakeholders).

Great teamwork attitude, strong attention to details, preventing errors and solving problems.

Adherence to deadlines, reliability and a structured working style.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Innovation and proactivity are a way-of-working for you.

Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English.
