We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Salesforce Specialist to join our team and help us optimize our Salesforce platform to better serve our customers and drive business success.

The Salesforce Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of our Salesforce environment. This role will ensure that our Salesforce platform is optimized, customized, and aligned with our business processes and objectives.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Manage the capture and resolution of all inbound service requests from multiple channels from customer service agents on frontline or business lines

Hands-on administration tasks in Salesforce for managing service setup e.g. for queues, case assignments, email alerts, automation flows

Understand and triage issues, defects, enhancement requests and backlog items conducting any necessary technical research or team collaboration and prioritizing appropriately

Converting business requirements into user stories, and documenting the technical setup

Proactively managing project dependencies

Creating training materials and delivering training

Coordination of validation testing and user acceptance testing.

What you’ll need to succeed

1-2 years of experience using and configuring Salesforce Cloud based applications

Basic understanding on Salesforce Experience sites

Experience on SAP and integrations, Jira, Salesforce Dev Ops center is a plus

Advanced English language skills, other language skills are an asset

Experience on creating documentation and training end users

Communicative, open-minded, fast learner.
