Architectural Engineer – Data Centre – Helsinki, Finland

Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Helsinki, Finland.

Responsibilities

* Design Coordination & Integration

Lead coordination of architectural packages including facade, roofing, internal finishes and building envelope systems, ensuring seamless integration with CSA, structural and MEP disciplines.

* Compliance & Standards

Ensure all architectural works meet local building regulations, fire safety standards, accessibility requirements and project specifications.

* Technical Review & Value Engineering

Review drawings, technical submissions and material selections while identifying value engineering opportunities without compromising performance.

* Site Oversight & Quality Assurance

Conduct inspections to ensure installation aligns with approved designs, focusing on quality, durability and performance of architectural elements.

* Programme & Procurement Support

Track key milestones and support procurement of architectural packages, ensuring timely delivery of materials and alignment with the construction programme.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades background

Must have 4+ years previous experience in a similar role on Data Centres or similar large scale construction projects

EU Passport is preferred
