As Project Administrator , in our Accommodation Systems Division, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Support of Project manager for financial reporting and follow up
- Support Business control in invoicing and invoice process
- Providing day-to day financial and project progress reporting follow up
- Responsible for various other tasks related to the project administration
Additionally, you will also hold these specific responsibilities:
- Organize invoice follow up, POC reporting and progress monitoring
- Supporting Project Manager and Site Team in some practical and punctual administrative/office actions
- Monitor and check project WBS structure and cost allocation
- Gather all information for invoicing prerequisites for timely invoicing process
To be successful in this position, you will need to have:
- Education in related Business fields
- General understanding of financials and accounting
- Initiative, reactivity and pro-active attitude.
- Sense of responsibility and well organized.
- Good command of MS office.
- Fluent in English language. (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of accounting is considered to be an advantage
This contract for this position is fixed term.
