Assistant Project Controller, Accommodation Systems Division

As Project Administrator , in our Accommodation Systems Division, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Support of Project manager for financial reporting and follow up
• Support Business control in invoicing and invoice process
• Providing day-to day financial and project progress reporting follow up
• Responsible for various other tasks related to the project administration

Additionally, you will also hold these specific responsibilities:

• Organize invoice follow up, POC reporting and progress monitoring
• Supporting Project Manager and Site Team in some practical and punctual administrative/office actions
• Monitor and check project WBS structure and cost allocation
• Gather all information for invoicing prerequisites for timely invoicing process

To be successful in this position, you will need to have:

• Education in related Business fields
• General understanding of financials and accounting
• Initiative, reactivity and pro-active attitude.
• Sense of responsibility and well organized.
• Good command of MS office.
• Fluent in English language. (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of accounting is considered to be an advantage

This contract for this position is fixed term.
