Associates | M&A

We are now looking for Associates to join our Mergers & Acquisitions practice. We hope to meet candidates with approximately one to three years of experience.What are we looking for?
 
Our team is dedicated to advising clients on their most complex and demanding M&A deals, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Depending on seniority, your role will involve assisting in the management of both private and public M&A transactions, conducting, and coordinating due diligence, drafting, and negotiating a broad range of transaction documents, inter-facing clients and other members of the deal working group. You will work in close collaboration with other members of our transaction and project teams and generally contribute to the development of our firm.

Our ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in Law and one to three years of experience in similar work in law firms. Fluency in both Finnish and English is a prerequisite as our work has a strong international angle.
