Business Development Manager (Finnish speaking)

Your impact and responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in our Nordics team. Your focus will be on Finnish well-being services counties, but also connecting with healthcare organizations across Sweden, Norway and Denmark. You’ll collaborate with colleagues in an international team spanning Europe, sharing best practices and driving innovation together.

You’ll work closely with existing customers to build trust and develop partnerships, while identifying new business opportunities and driving solutions that improve healthcare. This role is perfect for someone entrepreneurial, who enjoys freedom with responsibility and is motivated by delivering tangible results – for both the organization and society.

Your profile

• You have a strong commercial drive and a background in sales or business development

• You can build long-term relationships and establish trust

• You are curious and creative in finding new solutions and paths forward

• You have a background in healthcare or a related industry, with experience from commercial and client‑facing activities.

• You are comfortable with working in an international environment and collaborating across borders

• You have 5+ years of relevant work experience

• You are fluent in Finnish and English.

• Proficiency in Swedish or Norwegian is considered an asset
