What is the Business Manager’s role?

The Business Manager’s role at ALTEN involves establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their project needs and proposing tailor-made solutions. The Business Manager is also responsible for overseeing the human resources needed to successfully complete projects, by recruiting and managing consultants. The Business Manager is also responsible for ensuring the profitability of assignments and customer satisfaction.

If your career plan and our ambitions are aligned, your future manager will arrange an interview

Your onboarding process

As soon as you arrive you will take part of a thorough introduction coordinated by the organisation, lead by your manager. You will also meet other employees and begin to build your professional network in our onboarding sessions hosted by our CEO.

Your manager will schedule regular follow-up meetings to ensure that your assignment is running smoothly. An annual career talk is also organised to agree on your professional objectives, draw up a development roadmap and a training plan.
