About the role: In this role, you will guide the team through planning, development, documentation, and maintenance phases, ensuring Grundium’s assets align with company objectives. - Take full ownership of the Cloud Software assets, ensuring alignment with Grundium’s company objectives.
- Lead and develop a team of Cloud Software experts, managing all aspects of people management, including recruitment, professional development, performance management, and salary reviews.
- Allocate team resources to various R&D projects, balancing workload and priorities to meet project deadlines.
- Participate in the architecture and coding of Cloud Software solutions, maintaining hands-on technical expertise.
- Foster an environment of learning and development; identify and address skill gaps and enhance team competencies in technologies and methodologies.

- You have experience of safe and reliable cloud -components / products that are used in critical surroundings.
- A degree in technology or a related field, with a preference for candidates holding an MSc or BSc.
- Experience and desire to lead technical teams, with the ability to manage and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaboration within and across teams.
- Experience in distributed system deployment and management and critical system maintenance.
- You are very familiar with either AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- You are fluent in English.
