Due to our remarkable growth, we are looking for a Construction Manager to come and collaborate in our Civil Works division in Finland. Responsible for the site management, supervising the installation and fitting of electricity storage and/or electric vehicle charging elements, you will also have the following responsibilities:

What you will do

• Lializing & guidance of our partners’ teams supervising construction works
• Carrying out quality inspections on construction sites
• Evaluation of the performance of our partners and construction teams
• Produce or analyse as-built drawings for our works
• Optimization of the construction projects and processes (cost, efficiency,safety)
• Leading and participating in pre-site visits in the presence of the various stakeholders (farmers, landowners, local authorities, suppliers, sub-contractors, etc.)
• Participation to the planning of the construction works
• Participation to the financial follow up of the construction works
• Providing technical support to the Land Development Department in validating plots of land

Desired skills

• Fluent in Finnish and English
• You have a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• You have a good knowledge/experience in civil engineering work in the field of electrical networks
• You are autonomous and creative
• You have a definite appetite for working in the field
• You have good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• You have good communication skills
• You are able to plan and manage construction projects
