What you can expect as a Content Designer at LeadDesk

• Design and maintain sales assets, for example sales presentations, case studies, brochures, one-pagers
• Create visual content for our website, landing pages, and social channels​
• Translate product features and customer stories into clean, modern, and engaging visual formats​
• Develop on-brand templates and systems for consistent design output​
• Collaborate with the Content, Product Marketing, and Growth Ops teams to support campaign and GTM activities​
• Manage and art direct design projects with our agencies
• Help shape and evolve our brand presence while sticking to current brand​

Must-haves

• Able to design and art direct independently
• A solid understanding of brand management
• Able to use Adobe CC, HubSpot, Canva for design and marketing
• Able to report on creative performance
• Fluent English skills, written and spoken
• Strategic thinking and ability to explain design rationale
• Project management skills
• Campaign/creative concepting skills
  

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing
• Knowledge of contact center as software industry
• Creative copywriting or PR writing skills
• Presentation/workshopping experience
  
• Product design or product marketing experience
• Proactive, can do attitude, Independent

• Your location: Helsinki Metropolitan area 
• Work permit in Finland 
• Start date: As soon as possible 
• Work model: Hybrid 
• Working hours: flexible 
• Employment: Full-time and permanent
• Compensation: €3600-3800 per month
