Rate: Up to €850 per day - €7,500 to €8,500 NET

About The Role:

Lead the delivery of all CSA packages on site, ensuring quality, safety, and programme targets are met
Manage CSA subcontractors and coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless progress
Oversee inspections, snagging, and close-out activities for White Wall handover
Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and keep project milestones on track
Ensure all works adhere to project specifications, drawings, and safety standardsAbout You:

Proven experience as a CSA Lead or similar role on large-scale construction projects
Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural disciplines
Excellent coordination and management skills
Ability to work effectively in an international environment
Good understanding of health and safety regulationsNice to Have Skills:

Experience in data centre or similar hyperscale projects
Knowledge of Finnish construction regulations
English language proficiencyOther Requirements:
