CSA Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity for a CSA Quantity Surveyor has arisen for an energetic individual, who would enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

This role will be based in Helsinki, Finland.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and understand the agreed tender and measure against the actual scope of works using the agreed SOR. CSA and M&E.
• Act as a liaison with contractors from a commercial perspective
• Ensure the agreement of any change orders/order changes and the issuing of applicable rates to client for approval that are not included in the current SOR
• Monthly evaluation of completed works on CSA and issuing of cost report
• Preparation of monthly valuation and cost forecasts for CSA and M&E
• Updating monthly tracker of valuations, cost forecasts for CSA and M&E
• Updating monthly tracker for valuations, payments, etc
• Electrical and Mechanical will be measured by the applicable team and details provided to the project QS for inclusion in the monthly reports and valuations

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in a similar role is essential
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying
• Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills
• Attention to detail and analytically proficient
