Customer Service Specialist

DNB Auto Finance Oy Finlandis part of DNB, Norway's largest financial services group and one of the largest in the Nordic region in terms of market capitalization. We are currently 26 people working at Auto Finance Oy, in Kamppi (Helsinki) and we are now on the lookout for a customer focused, team oriented and efficientCustomer Service Specialist. You will be part of a customer service team currently consisting of 10 people.

About the role

As a Customer Service Specialist , you will strive to increase customer satisfaction by identifying and assessing customers’ needs, answering questions, and performing daily operational activities for importer, dealer, and end user customers, by phone and email.

Specific tasks will include:

  • Contract -, payment -, and complaint management. 
  • Assist customers in resolving product or service problems. 
  • Help dealers use DNB tools (Wholesale, Dealerweb, Applicator and DMS integrations). 
  • Daily operational activities within DNB Auto Finance main operating systems (Wholesale/Applicator/Merkur). 
  • Support credit function with individual car financing credit decisions. 
  • Follow DNB organizations regulations and policies. 
  • Various other separately assigned tasks within DNB Auto Finance Oy. 

About you

Your competency profile: 

  • Relevant education in Business Administration, or other relevant field. 
  • A recent graduate, at end of the studies or already gained some (1-2) years job experience within relevant position/industry. 
  • Knowledge of leasing industry considered a strength. 
  • Profiency in Finnish and English – orally and written. 
  • Profiency in Swedish considered a strength. 
  • Excellent team player. 
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of people and situations. 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. 
  • Positive “hands on” attitude and passion to get things done. 
  • Willingness to go the “extra mile” and further develop yourself within the car financing industry.

Working hours: Possibility to work outside of office hours, evenings, and Saturdays.
