Job Description - Customer Success Specialist Sales · Hybrid Remote

Piceasoft creates business opportunities within the mobile device circular economy. With Piceasoft software, companies can offer mobile and mobile device trade-in, insurance, repair, and recycling services. We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help our customers learn about our products and services from the inside out and act as a bridge between the sales and support teams. As the Customer Success Specialist, you understand the customers’ business and needs and enhance their customer experience by providing convincing product demos, successful onboarding processes and helping them to become successful with new services, that are based upon our platform. Customer Success Specialist develops customer relationships, enhances training, and evaluates and analyzes customers’ needs. Customer Success Specialist builds trust and transparency with customers and promotes customer loyalty – you walk hand in hand with key customers from the beginning of the relationship and build a strong base and growth path for the customer relationship.

We do not require decades of experience in customer interface. We are looking for the right person who is enthusiastic about our products, has the strong technical ability to learn our products thoroughly, and is keen to create long-term and profitable customer relationships.

Key tasks:

  • Giving technical support during the sales process, and also after production roll-out
  • Product demos for the key customers and prospects
  • Onboarding and training for the key accounts
  • Drive adoption for our solutions and build strong customer relationship
  • Being a key person to drive upsell, growth for customers’ business using our solutions
  • Monitor and interact proactively and effectively for the key customers
  • Evaluate and analyze customer needs, identify potential issues, and resolve them
  • Resolving customers’ tickets, requests, concerns and questions
  • Understanding customer business and goals; and guide customer to achieve such results with Piceasoft products

What do we expect from you?

  • Smart and tech-savvy thinker who can inspire customer loyalty
  • Have acumen and tact for handling requirement discussions
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Experience in handling customer queries tactfully and diplomatically to ensure that customers stay satisfied with our products and services
  • Having experience in a B2B SaaS company is an advantage
