We are looking for a recent or soon-to-be graduate to kick-start their career as a Data-driven CRM Consultant. You’ll focus on helping clients achieve measurable business impact. You will define, build, and optimise CRM and customer data solutions that drive lead generation, increase sales, enhance customer service, and build customer loyalty.

We’re looking for recent graduates who are eager to grow into the role of a data-driven CRM consultant. You’re curious, motivated, and want to help companies better understand and connect with their customers. In this role, you’ll work directly with our clients to turn customer data into practical actions that drive business growth.
As a CRM consultant, you'll define, build, and improve CRM and customer data solutions that support lead generation, sales, customer service, and loyalty. For example, you might bring marketing and sales closer together through automated, data-based processes or create digital services for customers and partners. You'll be working at the core of our clients’ businesses; advising, designing and implementing the tech needed to drive the business forward.
You're eager to learn how to work with customer data and enable data-driven marketing, sales, and service processes. You're interested in understanding customer journeys and how to improve the customer experience across all touch points. You want to gain hands-on experience with CRM tools and develop your skills in areas like data-driven sales practices and solutions.
You’re analytical by nature and enjoy solving problems. You bring structure to uncertainty and stay focused under pressure. You’re ambitious and results-oriented, but you also value having fun.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have professional proficiency in the Finnish language as well as excellent written and oral skills in English.
