We are seeking a Commercialization Lead to join our Digital Strategy and Transformation team in the Minerals Segment.

You will be responsible for our Go-to-market strategy and execution, which involves working with product leads to articulate the client value proposition, commercial business models and orchestrate the market roll-out. Your role plays a crucial part in our Strategic planning efforts which will contribute to the successful commercialization of our digital portfolio. In this position, you will report to the VP Digital Strategy and Transformation.

This position is mainly located in Espoo - Finland, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

Team you belong to

You will join a team of digital professionals dedicated to developing and bringing our digital organization to market to enable the fulfillment of our digital vision. We work closely with internal and external stakeholders and mining customers with whom you collaborate. Our team culture is all about delivering tangible results through collaboration. Our team members are in various locations across the globe, with the majority in Espoo.

What you’ll do

  • Create commercialization strategies that encompass product launch, marketing, sales, and post-launch activities, maximizing revenue, market share, and profitability while ensuring that the product or service meets customer needs and delivers value.
  • Support product teams in articulating client value propositions and impact stories and shaping the go-to-market approach.
  • Enable successful market introductions and adoption of solutions developed by the organization.
  • Support content creation both internally and externally and coordinate digital branding activities.
  • Shape internal capability-building programs to upskill the broader organization and our employees on the digital value proposition.
  • Drive global and regional campaigns, roadshows, and radiation efforts to build market awareness.
  • Lead and coordinate strategic projects that support our digital growth ambitions.

Who you are

  • You have previous experience and strong expertise in business development, commercialization and B2B marketing.
  • As a collaborative leader, you easily navigate different stakeholders, collaborating across diverse cultures and environments.
  • You are a seasoned communicator (both oral and written communications) who can effectively convey messages through presentations and have excellent PowerPoint skills.
  • You possess strong project management and leadership skills, ideally with experience leading high-priority strategic initiatives.
  • You have a relevant business, commercial, or engineering degree.
