Experienced Content Designer

We are looking for an experienced Content Designer to join Gofore’s design team and contribute to a variety of projects across both the public and private sectors. While your primary focus will be on website projects, you may also work on other digital services or areas such as UX writing.

What We Expect From You

• Educational and/or professional background in communications, content marketing, journalism, or Finnish language

• At least 7 years of experience in content creation and customer-centric development

• Proven experience in large-scale website redesigns, including restructuring and rewriting site content

• Familiarity with content management systems such as Drupal or WordPress

• Understanding of design thinking, user-centered approaches, and agile methodologies

• Experience implementing accessibility standards in web content

• Ability to grasp complex systems and simplify them for users

• Strong collaboration and facilitation skills

• Fluent in Finnish and English

As a Content Designer you’ll be part of multidisciplinary teams building websites and digital services for public and private sector clients. Your tasks may include ontent inventory and audits, designing information architecture and content structures, conducting user research and usability testing, creating content concepts and tone-of-voice guidelines, ensuring accessibility in web content and facilitating workshops and co-creation sessions.

You’ll also help strengthen the role of content design at Gofore, developing related practices, tools, and competencies. Sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues and clients will be part of your everyday work.

Salary Development

For us it is important that Goforeans receive reasonable total compensation for their work. The compensation is the outcome of, not only experience and skills, but also active work for our two values: being a good workplace for everyone and considering customer perspective in everything we do The feedback that you receive, your utilization rate (we are consultants, after all!) and your own professional development are central in the salary discussions with your People Leader (i.e. supervisor).

In this role your base monthly salary is approximately €4,500–€5,500. We have different salary models, and in addition to the monthly salary, we have separate bonuses linked with the company’s success. Bonuses can be related to, for example, recruitment, sales or actions advancing Gofore’s employer brand.
