Finance Specialist

Virta is Europe‘s fastest growing EV charging service provider and we enable our clients to launch and operate their own electric vehicle charging business. We are looking for a Finance Specialist to join our talented finance team. You will work closely with our business units and subsidiaries in Europe. As a Finance Specialist, you will manage our daily Accounts Receivables and B2B invoicing activities.

What you’ll do

Manage monthly customer invoicing and controls

• Manage AR including customer communications




• Monitor unpaid invoices and process needed changes




• Maintain and update customer master data




• Assist in managing AR credit control measures




• Collaborate with our collection agency




• Assist in month end closing process.

What you’ll bring

You have a strong eye for detail and like working systematically with routine tasks. You are resourceful, good in prioritizing a variety of tasks and motivated to develop the efficiency of our AR operations. In addition you have:

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience




• Proficiency in Excel




• Excellent communication and collaboration skills




• Fluent spoken and written Finnish & English, French or German skills are seen as an advantage.




• Previous knowledge of Netsuite ERP or knowledge of SQL is seen as an advantage.




• Location for the role: Helsinki, working in hybrid mode




• Current residence inside the EU
