Finnish Advertising Manager, Barcelona

Role: Google Advertising Sales Executive (Finnish-language)
Location: Barcelona, Spain 
Schedule: Full-time, 39 hours/week
Finnish Level Required: C2 + High level of English

Purpose of the Role

As a Google Advertising Sales Executive, you will partner with Finnish companies and agency partners to provide customized digital advertising strategies. You’ll work in a goal-oriented environment, helping expand the client’s customer base across EMEA while delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving innovation in the online marketing space.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance relationships with clients and agencies by offering tailored, performance-driven digital marketing strategies.
• Provide strategic consultancy to maximize ROI on advertising investments.
• Achieve sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
• Proactively engage customers via phone, video calls, and email.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• C2 Finnish + high level of English
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or online advertising
• Knowledge of Google Ads, AdSense, or YouTube
• Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills
• Goal-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €23,876 gross/year
• Bonus: Up to €3,408 gross/year
