Join our expanding Project Admin Operations team!

Gofore Estonia is looking for a Finnish and English-speaking PAO Process Coordinator to join our Project Administration Office (PAO) team. As a part of Gofore Group Finance’s Business Control team, PAO is responsible for project support functions, customer invoicing, and project lifecycle management.

In this role, you’ll take on a variety of important tasks, including:

• Analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, implementing changes, and monitoring performance to identify bottlenecks
• Ensuring alignment and consistency in processes across different departments
• Regular data checks to identify potential risks in processes and implement measures to mitigate them
• Providing training and guidance to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team by soliciting suggestions for process enhancements and providing updates on progress and obstacles
• Keeping detailed documentation of all processes
• Managing dedicated accounts and projects from contract initiation to closure
• Creating and maintaining account and customer data in our internal systems
• Securing compliance with project information
• Internal systems usage support in project management
• Handling customer invoicing

The ideal candidate:

• Is fluent in both Finnish and English
• Is detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Has a proven track record in process coordination, including designing, implementing and optimizing business processes
• Is a team player and thrives in an international setting but is also proactive and capable of working independently, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Possesses a strong customer service mindset and positive attitude
• Has good IT and self-management skills for operating in a digital environment, experience with MS Office applications
• Is willing to travel occasionally to our Finnish offices
