In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for a skilled Forecasting & Replenishment Expert to join our Forecasting & Replenishment department. You will join our fast-growing business and have a pivotal role in developing our replenishment solutions. Forecasting & Replenishment Experts work at the intersection of business and technology and are key players in ensuring that the products we build will be world-class. 

What we need you to do and be

• Work within a team focusing on developing Relex Purchase Optimization and DC replenishment capabilities


• Translate identified customer needs to effective solutions together with the team, working in all stages of product development, from idea to general availability


• Run pilots with feature prototypes and ensure high-quality results


• Ensure that the product is easy to use and implement by defining, maintaining, and developing implementation guidelines and training materials


• Act as a product expert and provide support for customer teams working in challenging customer cases 

What you’ll bring to the table:  

• Strong understanding of retail processes on forecasting and replenishment


• Proficiency with Relex F&R product: Business rules, database, workspace, and ability to configure new solutions using these components


• Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on all organizational levels


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously


• Capability and motivation to pick up and learn new concepts fast and put learnings into use effectively
