Forward Deployed Data & Integration Engineer

We hope you recognize yourself in most of these:

• 5+ years of experience in data platform engineering, data engineering, systems integration, or a similar technical role, with a track record of delivering enterprise solutions into production.

• Strong experience with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or equivalent, including data modeling, pipeline orchestration, and access and governance controls.

• Experience designing and building enterprise integrations using APIs, event streams, middleware, and integration platforms such as Azure Integration Services, Boomi, or equivalent.

• Strong experience with Azure or AWS.

• Hands-on exposure to AI or agentic solutions, with an understanding of how they consume and depend on enterprise data, integrations, and platform infrastructure. You don’t need to be an LLM engineer, but you understand what it takes to enable AI solutions in enterprise environments.

• Ability to combine hands-on implementation with architecture and design, taking solutions from prototype to reliable, production-ready services.

• Strong understanding of enterprise requirements, including data quality, governance, security, and compliance.

• Strong client-facing and consulting skills, with the ability to take ownership, navigate complex and evolving customer environments, and turn business needs into technical solutions.

• Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English. Finnish or another Nordic language is considered an advantage.
