We are looking for Group Senior Finance Manager to join our growing team. In this role you will work closely with people across different countries and functions. You will proactively and independently drive various initiatives. You have a curious mind and are an independent thinker.

Responsibilities:

- Create a consolidated view of Group’s financial performance
- Develop, rollout and follow-up Group KPIs
- Organize cross country & cross-functional resources to execute projects, such as pricing model changes and business case analysis for investments
- Maximize efficiency and cost of operations across functions
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities and risks
- Support Group long-term financial plans and budgets
- Drive financial automation projects, including finance dashboard and finance system implementations
- Establish stronger controls around group consolidation

Skills:

- Relevant degree
- Ability to build high quality financial models in Excel
- Superb financial analysis skills
- Significant experience in working in international set-up
- Excellent communication skills
- PowerPoint presentation skills
- IFRS knowledge a plus
- 8+ year of relevant experience
