Head of Embedded Product Management

Tuxera is embarking on an ambitious growth journey—scaling from €25 M to €100 M in annual revenue—and we are seeking a seasoned Head of Embedded Product Management to help us get there. You’ll bring a growth mindset and solid entrepreneurial experience from scale-ups to define our portfolio and product strategy, build and execute a scalable go-to-market framework alongside marketing and sales, and develop a high-performing product management team. Leveraging your expertise, our world-class embedded storage, networking, and encryption solutions will evolve to meet our growth ambitions across key verticals, including automotive, aerospace & defence, industrial, smart energy, and medical.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio & Product Strategy: Define and execute the vision, multi-year roadmap, and required R&D investments for Tuxera’s embedded storage, networking, and encryption solutions, driving the portfolio toward our €100 M revenue goal (currently over 80% of annual revenue).
• Product Strategy: Align product investments with market needs and company objectives across automotive, aerospace & defence, industrial, smart energy, and medical verticals—ensuring clear prioritization and product–market fit.
• Go-to-Market Leadership: Design and launch a scalable GTM framework—covering pricing, demand generation, and sales enablement—in close partnership with marketing and sales.
• Market & Customer Insight: Dive in to -depth market research, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer initiatives to validate opportunities, refine positioning, and inform roadmap decisions.
• With Growth Mind-set You Build & Coach Teams: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, solutions-oriented product management organization, fostering autonomy, accountability, open collaboration, and a growth mindset.
• Embed Entrepreneurial Insight: Leverage your scale-up and startup experience to identify new opportunities, tackle complex challenges, and drive continuous innovation.

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years in B2B product management—ideally within fast-paced scale-ups or deep-tech software companies.
• Proven experience scaling embedded storage, networking or security products internationally.
• Solid hands-on GTM expertise and a data-driven, growth-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills across engineering, sales, and marketing.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
