Are you an experienced operations leader with a passion for managed services and continuous improvement?

At Siili, we are looking for a forward-thinking Head of Operations to strengthen and scale our Continuous Solutions business. This role is essential for driving modern service delivery models, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring high-quality customer experiences in managed services.

You’ll have the chance to shape the role based on your expertise, whether your strengths lie in operational excellence or commercial development. We’re looking for someone ready to take ownership, act hands-on, and lead the way.

What you'll do:

• Lead and develop our managed services business – from delivery models to operations
• Take ownership of resourcing and service performance
• Participate in offer creation and ensure the right scope and service descriptions
• Interpret and manage service agreements (especially related to application and infrastructure maintenance)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

• Extensive, proven experience (typically 5+ years) in leading and developing managed services or continuous service operations, including full responsibility over service delivery and team performance.
• Solid understanding of service contracts and ability to interpret, negotiate, and manage them
• Experience in creating commercial proposals and defining services
• Familiarity with monitoring and operations technologies in application and/or infrastructure environments
• Strong communication skills and the ability to represent services in a customer-facing role
• Fluency in Finnish and English
