Job Description - HOSTS & HOSTESSES (EE)

· Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism

· Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures

· Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions

· Manage guest inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner

· Ensure the lobby and common areas are clean, organized, and inviting

· Working also as waiters & waitresses in our ‘a la Carte restaurant of 50 seats
