HSE Advisor – Hyperscale Data Centre Construction – Finland

HP4 Recruitment is recruiting HSE Advisors for a large-scale data centre construction project in Finland. You’ll support the project HSE team to keep a busy, multi-contractor site safe and compliant from groundworks through to commissioning.

The role

* Carry out daily site inspections, audits and safety walks

* Review RAMS and permits, and monitor high-risk activities (lifting, working at height, electrical)

* Run inductions and toolbox talks

* Investigate incidents and report findings

* Support compliance with Finnish occupational safety requirements and the project HSE plan

* Coach subcontractor supervisors and promote a positive safety culture

What we’re looking for

* Previous HSE Advisor experience on large construction projects; data centre or mission-critical experience is preferred

* NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent)

* Experience working with international contractors and mixed-language workforces

* Fluent English; Finnish language skills are a bonus

* Finnish site requirements: a Työturvallisuuskortti (Occupational Safety Card) and a Finnish tax number shown on your site ID card. We can help with both
