ICT MANAGER

Your workplace and immediate co-workers will mainly be located in our main office in Kassimäki, Forssa, but you can work from home 1–2 days a week, if required.

YOUR MAIN TASKS

• Management, development and maintenance of the Group’s ICT infrastructure
• Co-operation with suppliers on ICT systems
• Responsibility for user and access rights management in accordance with the company’s policy
• Responsibility for managing, monitoring, maintaining and securing the company’s network
• Responsibility for managing and maintaining the company’s servers
• Responsibility for executing ICT device and software purchases
• Responsibility for registering ICT devices and maintaining the data in the device registers
• Training users on the correct, secure and efficient use of ICT systems, programs and devices

WHAT WE EXPECT AND HOPE FROM YOU

• Relevant education (e.g. a relevant university degree or studies)
• More than five years’ work experience in a demanding ICT role
• Finnish and English language proficiency
• Experience in Linux servers will be considered a plus
• Knowledge of information security, cyber security, system and software technology standards and requirements, and future trends
• A positive, open and diligent attitude to work

Mikko started working with DA-Group over 14 years ago as an electrical engineer. He progressed to the foreman position and then to the roles of the head designer and a project manager. Recently he has been responsible of a large engineering design team with projects scheduling and resource allocation. He appreciates great coworkers, supportive environment and possibities to grow and learn with the job.

During his employment, Mikko has been able to witness DA-Group's growth from an engineering firm to a technology company with innovative product offering and specialized competencies in electronics, mechanics, embedded solutions as well as RF, microwave and millimeter wave engineering. "Nowadays the service portfolio has greatly expanded since I started. We have the ability to offer the turnkey solutions, from initial R&D, product development, testing and manufacturing to product life cycle management."
