IT Security Vulnerability & Incident Manager:in

Tasks

• As an IT Security Vulnerability & Incident Manager, you will configure and operate the vulnerability management system and carry out vulnerability scans and technical security checks in the IT landscape using the SOC tool.
• You are responsible for the development and implementation of mechanisms for the identification and subsequent evaluation of incoming security reports from authorities or manufacturers.
• You will analyze and prioritize IT security incidents. You will also support the definition, monitoring and implementation of corrective security measures. In doing so, you will ensure remediation compliance.
• You analyze threat intelligence information and support the creation and updating of the cyber security situation picture. You create reports and dashboards on the status quo, goals and SLAs.
• Supporting our IT teams in the administration of the security infrastructure such as firewalls, proxies and content scanners rounds off your area of responsibility.

Requirements

• You have a Master's degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification and have already gained experience in a comparable position.
• You already have several years of experience in the areas of vulnerability management, security monitoring, incident response and infrastructure, application and cloud security.
• You have technical and methodical knowledge of key security technologies and how to use IT security tools. Ideally, you will also have a good knowledge of technologies in the security environment, IT security tools, firewalls, cloud security, parsing scripting and relevant standards and frameworks.
• You can reliably identify risks based on CVSS and attack methods, for example
• You are characterized by your strong commitment and team spirit. You have a high degree of initiative and an independent way of working. You like to get to the bottom of things and are able to accept constructive criticism.
• Your consultant and service provider mentality as well as your passion for IT security make you ideally suited for this position.
