Industrial Designer

Aivan is looking for an

INDUSTRIAL DESIGNER
 (with a technical, production-savvy mindset)

to join our product design team.

Are you an industrial designer who thrives on turning ideas into real, manufacturable products? Do you enjoy working hands-on — from sketch to prototype to production — while balancing aesthetics, usability, and technical feasibility? We’re looking for a designer with a maker’s mind to join our team.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the design process from initial concept to final production
• Solve complex design challenges with a blend of creativity and technical know-how
• Work closely with manufacturers, engineers, and internal teams to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness
• Mockup / Prototype building
• Prepare detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings
• Build and test mockups and prototypes to refine ideas
• Keep a sharp eye on production details and timelines
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative studio culture

What we’re looking for:

• 5–10 years of experience in product development, ideally in a design studio setting
• Solid knowledge of materials and manufacturing technologies
• Strong 3D CAD skills — preferably SolidWorks or other parametric CAD software.
• Experience in creating clear and accurate manufacturing documentation
• A technically curious mindset — no engineering degree needed, but you speak the language of production
• Proven ability to take concepts from idea to implementation, with a focus on usability and production
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
