The following tasks await you:

As part of a motivated team, you will be jointly responsible for 2nd and 3rd level support for client, network and peripheral devices and will be responsible for the installation and configuration of hardware and software and will support our comprehensive IT in production, the laboratory and the office area at all locations. They are also involved in the execution of exciting IT projects for the further development of the IT landscape (Windows environment). This includes implementing, validating and qualifying the server and network infrastructure through to final acceptance.

Experience and qualifications you should have:

You have completed vocational training in IT and have several years of professional experience in a similar role, e.g. as an IT system administrator. Your customer and solution-oriented way of working is rounded off by level-appropriate communication skills in German and English. In addition, you benefit from good planning and organizational skills and have experience in the installation and configuration of Windows systems (server and client), as well as network components (switch, firewall, access points, etc.). You are well versed in the field of virtualization (VMware and HyperV) and have advantageous experience in computer system validation. As a flexible, resilient and persistent person who enjoys the challenges of a modern IT infrastructure, you want to work profitably in a team. You are willing to work at our other locations in the Basel region.
