Junior Business Controller

The Role in Short

Would you like to be part of a listed IT company’s finance team, where finance, technology, and business come together? We are looking for a Junior Business Controller who is eager to grow, take ownership, and learn how to partner with business leadership.

You will join our Finance team and support both sales and business operations. You won’t be alone – experienced colleagues will support you as you learn step by step and take on more responsibility in your role.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and report on business and project performance


• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting


• Develop KPI tracking and dashboards together with business leaders


• Highlight insights and bring new perspectives to decision-making


• Work with BI tools and data to strengthen reporting and analysis

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant work experience (1–2 years) from a company’s finance organization or similar role


• Passion for working with data (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar), with eagerness to develop skills in SQL or DAX.


• Some familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage – but not required


• A mindset to grow, take ownership, and challenge yourself "Hold my beer, I've got this - attitude"


• Fluency in Finnish and English
