About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and efficient individual to join our Learning team as a trainee. The role will involve supporting the creation and localization of Qt Academy courses. Qt Academy is Qt Group’s free eLearning platform for learning Qt framework and tools. We take pride in our high-quality courses and happy learners. It is best suited for university students with studies in a relevant field(s) (adult education, education, computer science, or similar).

Duration: This is a trainee position, and the duration is six months.

You will:

Be part of the learning team and work closely with other cross-functional teams. Your main tasks follow:

Supporting the course creation:

• Create courses from raw materials using the course template.
• Edit videos, format scripts, and write step-by-step guidance based on the videos.
• Create quiz questions based on the course material.
• Collaborate with the learning team and other teams to ensure the course quality.

Course localization:

• Translate course materials with AI tools.
• Collaborate with the stakeholders that support the translation process.
• Create captions for videos from translated transcripts.

Other tasks:

• Support course updating process.
• Draft blogs about relevant topics in Qt learning.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry.

About You:

• Superb organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Excel at problem-solving.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Additionally, we appreciate knowledge of:

• Video editing (preferably with Premier Pro).
• Adult and eLearning principles.
• Basic programming.
