Logistics Specialist - Spares

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate deliveries to and from Evac and between suppliers and customers.
• Manage the delivery process in ERP and other systems/tools ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Prepare various logistics and transportation documents.
• Invoice customer sales orders in ERP.
• Receive supplier purchase orders in ERP.
• Collaborate with Logistics Service Providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customs clearance and duties procedures in coordination with Logistics Service Providers.
• Analyze and select optimal routes and transportation methods balancing cost lead time and customer satisfaction while considering business requirements.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of the Logistics Category Strategy.
• Develop and refine logistics processes and tools.
• Support Buyers Procurement Project Leaders Sales and other internal stakeholders with logistics and transportationrelated issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Several years of experience in logistics transportation or supply chain management.
• Solid understanding of Incoterms and their application.
• Proven experience working with Logistics Service Providers and Logistics Centers.
• Expertise in import/export processes customs and duty handling.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics/transportation management systems.
• Fluency in English both written and spoken.
