Your role
 
Our team is dedicated to advising clients on their most complex and demanding M&A deals, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Depending on seniority, your role will involve assisting in the management of both private and public M&A transactions, conducting, and coordinating due diligence, drafting, and negotiating a broad range of transaction documents, inter-facing clients and other members of the deal working group. You will work in close collaboration with other members of our transaction and project teams and generally contribute to the development of our firm.

You share our values of providing first-class service while having fun doing it. You are excited about project work, understand the essence of teamwork and treat everyone with respect. Our ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in Law and approximately two to three years of experience in similar work in law firms. Fluency in both Finnish and English is a prerequisite as our work has a strong international angle.
