Marketing and Communications Manager

Job Description

Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for international marketing and communications strategic development and operations in our fast growing global business. The position reports to Chief Commercial Officer and the own team works closely with global sales organisations. The position may be located to any of LM country offices.

Desired Skills & Experience

We expect prior experience on:

• Versatile external and internal marketing and communication specialist role, preferably also management role


• Budgeting and strategy work in a group-wide marketing and communication unit


• Using fluently different marketing and communication channels


• Expertise from company brand building, media relations, subcontractor co-operation, PR & information with business-minded and resultoriented approach


• Development and localisation of marketing materials and publications to various countries 


• Innovative, strategic and analytical skills but also very good hands-on and operative approach


• Crisis communication knowhow is an advantage


• Presentation skills and very good Finnish and English (Swedish advantage)


• Suitable degree (M.Sc. Economics or Social Sciences etc)
