We are now seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team and help ensure our activities and events run smoothly.

What’s the Job?

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping Vaadin’s marketing operations and events running smoothly. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to coordinate events, manage content publishing, and maintain calendars and schedules.

This is a full-time position based in Turku, Finland, with a hybrid work model and an expectation to work from the office at least 2–3 days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating events and trade shows — handling logistics, shipments (e.g., booth materials, t-shirts, brochures), and timelines.
• Managing content and publications — maintaining our internal publishing calendar and ensuring timely releases in HubSpot, on social media, and through email.
• Managing calendars — keeping internal and public event calendars up to date.
• Coordinating speakers and teams — reminding speakers and ensuring event content and descriptions are accurate and up to date.

What makes you a great fit

• You hold a university or applied sciences degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• You have excellent organizational skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• You’re independent, creative, and eager to take initiative — whether planning campaigns or solving day-to-day challenges.
• You communicate fluently in English and Finnish (with English as the main working language).
• You bring some experience in marketing, events, and content production.
• You’re comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• You’re a hands-on doer who isn’t afraid to get your hands dirty — whether packing shipments or organizing storage.
