As a Marketing Director, you will be part of the Marketing Leadership team. In this role you will lead the team, develop and execute co-marketing strategies and programs that will drive growth, foster stronger relationships with channel partners, and maximize revenue growth and commercial success for WithSecure™ and our channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of channel marketing & program managers and data analysts.
• Develop and execute global channel marketing strategies and demand programs aligned with company/marketing OKRs.
• Support the growth of our channel partner network actively.
• Cultivate relationships with partners, including MSSPs, MSPs, resellers, and alliances.
• Track, analyze, and improve ROMI and revenue funnel performance.
• Develop and run partner events, deliver marketing assets, resources, and training programs.
• Collaborate with partners to design and execute joint marketing campaigns.
What are we looking for?
• Minimum 10 years of experience in partner management.
• Deep understanding of channel marketing strategies and best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (English).
• Analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Adaptability to evolving market dynamics and industry trends.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Budget management skills.
• Ability to travel and work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed organization.
